Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant begins preparation. Once the kitchen has started preparing your meal, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility

Since food products are perishable, refund requests are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Items delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
  • Quality issues identified at the exact time of delivery.

Reporting Window: Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for a review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been partially consumed or for issues reported long after the delivery was completed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
